Shop Items

If you wish to receive a refund or exchange on any of your ordered shop products please return your item unopened, unused and in the original packaging within 10 working days of the date of your order. If your item is received and has been opened, we will not be able to refund you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, or seized by the Customs & Excise in your own country, and we are unable to refund these items. If you have not read our terms and conditions, or are not abiding by them, then we are not liable to refund or replace as we have been as thorough as we possibly can.

Spells, Psychic and Tarot Readings

All spells and readings have no guarantees or time scales in which they work. We work hard on all our spells and readings and use the correct member of the Coven to carry this out for the customer. Many things can hinder our spell work or readings, including personal blocks and blockages from outside factors. Spells tend to give you what you need, when you need it, not just what you want, when you want it. The one thing we can guarantee you is we will always provide a service that is the highest of our knowledge and using all of  our combined expertise.

Please be aware that with spells, you mustbe very ‘careful what you ask for’. Once your spell is cast, there is no going back. Your intentions, and only your intentions, will be directed onto the spell. We provide all spell ingredients, candles and blessings but most of all, our energy. Please be very sure what you want when purchasing the correct product.

We will not be held liable for any outcome of your spell. Whatever you purchase or ask for, you do so at your own risk. 

We are not miracle workers and do not claim to heal you from serious illness, disability or disease. However, we do send out blessings with our healing products to promote positivity and self-healing. We do not claim to protect you from harm or abuse of any kind, we can only send you blessings and products to promote self-positivity and wellbeing. If you feel at risk of any harm, we recommend you seek medical help or professional services. Our spell work and psychic readings are not a substitute for medical or psychological help, or as a substitute for physical/mental abuse safety advisors and emergency services such as the police.

Spells do not always work in the exact way you would like. Lots of other factors in life can affect spells and psychic readings which is why thee cannot be any guarantees with them at all. Coven Inbhir Nis will not be held liable for any outcomes. Whatever you purchase, you do so at your own risk. We do not give refunds for spells or readings that have been carried out and you deem to not be working, untrue or not in the way you wished.

Order Times, Delivery, Postage & Packing

Most orders are sent out within 10 working days as we make our products by hand, to order. They are then blessed for purpose and sent out as soon as possible. We do not send proof of postage unless requested, and proof of postage is only kept on record for 2 weeks after the order has been placed.

UK retail orders should take 4 or less working days to arrive to you after they have been shipped from us.

International retail orders can take up to 30 working days to be received by the customer after the order has been shipped.

Our postage and packing rate for standard UK orders is £1.99. UK only orders over £25 will be eligible for our free postage offer. International orders will have a flat postage and packaging fee of £20. Most orders are sent out within 10 working days as we make and bless each product to order. We do not send proof of postage unless requested and proof of postage is only kept on record for 2 weeks after your order has been placed. We use Royal Mail for orders shipped within the UK. Overseas orders are sent by standard Royal Mail/Parcelforce and are subject to your own country’s delivery and customs checks. We label everything correctly for overseas parcels, however, each country has its own customs rules and regulations, and we are not responsible for any items/orders being delayed or withheld by customs in your country, because of this we cannot guarantee overseas delivery and you make purchases at your own risk if delivery is outside of the UK.

Undelivered Items

If items are delivered when you are not at home, Royal Mail will usually leave a card for you to pick up your order from the local delivery office. However, on the very rare occasion that packaged are returned to us due to non-delivery, there will be a fee of £10 per order for administration.

If you wish to have your order re-delivered, you must contact us within 3 working days to pay the administration fee, then your order will be sent out again and any additional postage must be paid.

If you choose to have a refund instead, we will refund the original amount for your order minus the administration fee of £10 to cover additional costs.

For your safety and information, all our products are sold for magical use only. Keep away from children and pets. When using any of our products, the customer agrees to using them at their own risk. Coven Inbhir Nis and its staff will not take any responsibility for our products misuse or for any spell work undertaken on your behalf. What you do with our products or what you have asked for in a spiritual/magical sense is up to you and is your responsibility.

We are legally obliged to tell you that due to the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951 and the Consumer Protection Regulations that we make no claims as to the efficacy of any of our products or services and that they are for entertainment purposes only. When using our products or services, you agree to using them at your own risk.
